This painting is part of the Manic Yet Poised Collection. Our current climate can leave us feeling dizzy. We move through life, our minds buzzing with information, disagreements, and an overwhelming barrage of energy. In this collection, I aimed to capture that restless motion within the lines that form each figure. I wanted to highlight the beauty found in the chaotic, manic lines, shaping graceful figures within a simple composition.

The materials chosen for the original artwork have been meticulously selected and undergone more than ten years of experimentation and creation.
Acrylic paintings are done with Golden Heavy Body Acrylics. This type of paint has been offered since 1980 and is known for its intense color and rich consistency. Golden Artist Colors’ headquarters and factory are located in New Berlin, New York. Fun fact: this company is employee owned and the paints are safe to use around our precious fur friends, such as Olive.
