Shipping policy
Packages are all wrapped with extreme care, but if they arrive in a damaged box you must send Occipital the following photos within 24 hours of the package's arrive in order to receive a replacement.

1- All sides of box
2- Close up of shipping label on the outside of the box
3- Damaged item
4- Item within any wrapping (bubble, plastic, cardboard)
